I received the first shipment of The Developers Thursday, so now begins the FUN task of making people read it. Fortunately for you, the potential reader, I've misplaced my torture devices, at least for the time being.
It's fairly easy to get your copy of the book. The retail price is $13.95, but I'm selling the first lot for $12 apiece, primarily because I don't have to split commissions with any bookstores or distributors. Once I sell those, I can purchase another bulk order, and it all starts over, until everyone in the world, or at least those who know who Richard Simmons is (99 percent of the world), has a copy.
