In a previous column, I mentioned that I might try to make the world's largest waffle, and an observant reader wondered what the record actually was.
Of course, I had no idea, so I attempted to look it up. Here's what I found:
Apparently there is no record for the world's largest waffle, at least according to Guinness. So maybe I should try for the record after all! Upon further research, I found a site that claims the largest waffle was made in Chicago in 1986, and it measured 3,000 square feet. Maybe they were celebrating their Super Bowl championship.
