If people are really starting to get on your nerves (I mean, come on, how can they not?), and you are a great babbler, there is finally a simple alternative for you. And as always, that alternative can exist at your very own home, assuming you have a computer, Internet access and time to waste.
You can just talk to George, who recently won the Loebner Prize as the most human artificial intelligence bot. Be patient with the site, however, because depending on what you actually say to George, it may take a minute for him to respond. And don't expect precise responses all the time ... it is just a computer. But hey, this sure beats trying to explain where you were last night to your parents!
