Yes, you read that right. The computer feeds the cats. I do like to kid around a lot, but this time, I'm not kidding. Here's the article to prove it.
Skimming the article and reviewing the code, it looks like what he did was fairly complex but not the hardest job on earth, like getting the cat to feed the computer. And I suppose if you are extremely bored, and have a little extra money on hand, you could purchase the external equipment to complete the project. Oh yeah, make sure you have a cat or two.
